- Service Delivery: To accurately dispatch the recovery vehicle, verify your identity and location, and complete the transport service.
- Billing & Accounting: To process payments, issue invoices, and manage company accounts.
- Compliance: To meet legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting to Dubai Police or the RTA in case of accidents or incidents.
- Customer Support: To follow up on service quality and address any queries related to your booking.

- Payment: The Fee is agreed upon before dispatch and must be paid in full upon completion of the Service. Non-payment grants the Company the right to retain the Vehicle.
- Customer Obligations: The Customer must be present, provide accurate details, and show valid Vehicle registration/ID.
- Liability: Liability for damage is limited to direct physical damage caused by the proven negligence of the Company’s team and equipment. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or loss of personal belongings left in the Vehicle.
- Governing Law: Federal Laws of the UAE and Local Laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are settled by the Courts of Dubai.
